Mediterranean Cookery Class
DESCRIPTION:
Our cooking class will be held in Beycik village in the foothill of towering Tahtali Mountain.
You will be collected from your accommodation at 10.00 and taken directly to Sibel’s 4 Season’s Restaurant in Beycik only 25 minutes away from Kemer.
The restaurant has its own herb and fruit garden, home to 4 lovely donkeys, 2 dogs, several cats and many chickens that provide fresh organic eggs. The tables in the restaurant are outdoors under the olive trees.
On arrival, we will take our welcome drinks, put on our aprons and chef hats; its time to get our hands dirty!
We will be cooking four different courses of traditional Turkish dishes which are chosen according to the season. Our chef Zuhal will give you all the instructions & ingredients, she will be on hand to help you every step of the way.
After cooking and enjoying our delicious meals those who feel up for it can join us for a short walk in the valley next to the restaurant or you can relax with a nice cup of coffee or more fizz.
Finally, our driver will take us back to your hotel before sunset.

Learn how to cook delicious Mediterranean dishes for the day in this breathtaking scenic location. This is a relaxing but fun activity. The location of our cookery class will give you a full Mediterranean experience, surrounded by olive trees and the sounds of the birds at this wonderful outdoor restaurant.
